Opening them with any other Microsoft Office before 2010 you will need to download
This a Compatibility File from Microsoft
Some Files are Zipped up and you will need to unzip them with Winzip
With some MAC’S you might need to download Opera Web Browser to fix the problem to see the website files you can download it from http://www.opera.com/
Its down to you if it does not work or mucks up your computer.
